Fish & Co. Just For ME!

I must say that Fish & Co is one of my favorite restaurants. They have the best dory fish fillet that melts in your mouth, which I usually eat at their Trinoma branch, as it is nearer to my school. This is why I would like to share with you about some of their newest meals called Just For Me.

Fish & Co recently launched their “JUST for ME” Menu for those people who would prefer to indulge in a meal that’s just right size for them. It’s not the usual very generous dishes Fish & Co. has to offer; but instead, catch the exciting dishes in their new serving size.

Beef and Eggplant Curry (Php 275) I love how the beef, eggplant and coconut milk based spicy sauce mixed together. If you still haven’t known, I have roots from Bicol, this is why, I guess, I love this simple, yet kicking dish.

Introducing their newest dish, the Baked Fish Napolitana (Php 265), battered dory fillet baked with Napolitana sauce and mozzarela on top of the buttered pasta. As always, their fish fillet is for the win! What is yummy with this dish is that the interplay of the Napolitana sauce with the buttered dory fillet proves amazing. The pasta, maybe, should have had smothered with the sauce too.

The Boneless Chicken BBQ, on the other hand, is a classic boneless barbecued chicken in really flavorful and distinct marinade, with a sauce that really complements the dish. It is nice to note that the chicken is really soft and tasty.

Bangus ala Pobre, spiced bangus or milk fish strips topped with garlic sauce with rice and vegetables. This is one of my favorites. Bangus is one of my comfort fish dishes because it never fails to satisfy you – except when it’s greasy or really overly “oily-smelling”. In this case, I really loved it!
