Last week this video called Apokalipto was circulating around the web. Jonas Diego blogged that it was probably Chiz Escudero, and gave some supporting evidences in his blog. Here is the video, and see for yourself.
Meanwhile, just today, a new video of Bagong Sigla was uploaded on YouTube. Salot seems to be the part (2) of the previous video Apokalipto.
Jonas’ assumption was validated. Indeed, it’s Chiz Escudero. I must say that the comic book style presentation is hip and really cool. Noticeably though, after every video, there are phrases that will leave you hanging. One, “Kakalat na ang Bagong Sigla. Sundan mo..” and two, “Tayo ang Bagong Sigla.”
Two questions remain unanswered: one, what is this video for..Chiz’ campaign? and two, what is “Bagong Sigla“? I guess we just need to follow it to find out?

this is actually an impressive video, more impressive than the other superhero shows Pinoys usually make. Sana ginawang movie nalang instead of some viral video lang

diba?!?! why can’t other directors do something like this for Philippine Cinema? kaya naman pala ng Pinoy, eh bakit di ginagawa ang ganitong klaseng mga movies? o.o

Just as I thought it was Senator Escudero, and nice idea dun sa comic book style, with some suspense or “bitin” effect.
